one's memory, there's some worry that
they might imitate the United States.
Now so much a spectacle of humanity's
worst fears, it's only proper for the
US to defend decency abroad by domes-
tic capitulations to its abandonment.
This is no less than official policy:
exhort, exploit, exclude, extinguish.
