  1. Yes, I chalk it up to the cheek of nationalist military couture, an achilles heel more than once in that culture's forays from its island; yet how telling, that the accountants managed to protect the jeep in camou, a wonderfully calvinist priority.

  4. It does appear he is having difficulty with his parts-what one wouldn't give for a mechanic to show Up on the scene and give his aid.

It's a complex question, when the compassion of intervention can, in the separatist predicament, have the appearance of an interference with sovereignty at the same time, as in the case of British forbearance toward our war of Southern rebellion. However, with separation no more than a glimmer in an idealist's eye, I can think of nothing to preclude any bilaterally acceptable infusion of assistance. At the very least, I shouldn't think it impolite to offer it; and I take it, we may invoke your hope as we do so?
